Ghanshyam Singh Birla established the Palmistry Center in 1972. The Center has evolved over the years to become The Birla Center for Hast Jyotish. Its multi-faceted activities include research, education, publications and services in the Vedic arts and sciences.

Today, The Birla Center for Hast Jyotish is one of North America’s leading centers for services in palmistry. With students from all over North America, India and Europe, the Birla Center is considered a leading international facility. The Center is recognized both by the provincial and federal governments as an accredited educational institution. Residents of Canada are eligible for tax rebates for courses taken.
